Today, TIME announced their Person of the Year as The Silence Breakers, women (and men) who came forward with their stories about being victims of pervasive sexual harassment and assault. Time’s Person of the Year is an annual issue that features and profiles a person, a group, an idea, or an object that “for better or for worse… has done the most to influence the events of the year”.

These simple words of advice resonate with me today. There are too many ti􏰀mes that we let others–you may call them ”haters” or the naysayers, the doubters, the Debbie Downers–steal our joy. I find joy in everything I do from my work to my personal life to other people’s lives and work.
